They are very attentive to our (and the pets') needs, worked with us if we were delayed from our trip, and checked in with us to let us know how our pets were doing. Our animals love them! We feel OK leaving our animals at home because we know they are taken care of. During our last vacation, one of our dogs got sick and the pet sitter was great about getting in touch with us right away and took him to the emergency vet."
