Who We Are And How We Got Here:
Pets N Pads was originally founded by Me (Ashley Michaud) in Central Oklahoma in 2008 as a pet sitting and house cleaning business. It soon became apparent that these services were in high demand and it flourished! My husband landed a job in the Capital District of New York in September of 2010 and I was determined to keep this business (my baby) going! I had been able to keep Pets N Pads Oklahoma open for a few months, but it became very hard for me to manage a business from so far away. I dabbled in some pet sitting while in NY but I made the hard decision to stop operations in Oklahoma and NY (babies came!). Several years later and our family has moved back to New York (Schenectady County) and I am ready to resume business in NY! I will only be offering pet and house sitting for now, but am planning on offering house cleaning starting Fall, 2018. I am looking forward to serving the great people of NY for many years to come.
Why We Do What We Do:
Pets N Pads was founded on the basis of a true heart for people and their pets. I (and any employees of PNP) see pets as part of the family, and treat them as such. Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Chickens, Goats or any other kind of pet bring love and joy to their owners and we are out to help make those pet’s lives a little more comfortable. Whether their owner’s are going away for a long vacation, a short weekend, or need help with daily walks…We are there!
